1. If an item doesn’t fit quite right, can it be returned?

Yes, so long as it has not been washed, worn, or personalized. We will embroider the customized shirts with the names provided to us. Please always double check on the spelling before placing an order. We can not be responsible for incorrect spellings unless we are the ones who made the mistake.

Shirts that have been customized for a specific person can not be returned for store credit. Once a shirt has been customized, it is no longer returnable. Please make sure the sizing and the spelling of names is correct.

You will be responsible for postage from your point of departure. We will issue store credit so you can replace your order for another size.

2. Is it safe to wash these items in the washing machine?

Yes, everything is machine washable. Although the hooded jackets are machine washable, they should be hung to dry.

If a shirt is slightly large on you, you can wash it in warm water and toss it in the dryer to help if shrink up a bit. If it fits just right, we recommend you wash it in cold water and hang it to dry.

No Matter What----do not use Chlorine Bleach with your detergent. It can change the color of the thread that is used in the embroidery. Make sure your detergent does not have bleach added to the soap. A white garment can be spotted with bleach to get a stain removed but make sure it is rinsed out before the actual washing.

3. What if I wish to order many pieces, such as 22 tote bags with the same Greek logo on each one? Is there a discount for multiple pieces?

Yes, please call or email us for details on discounts. We can offer a discount when the embroidered logo stays the same for many items.

4. How long before the items will be shipped out?

For basic items, we expect to ship within 4 business days. For customized items, please allow at least 1 week for the embroidery to be completed before shipment.

5. Is there a deadline for the holidays?

Yes, we can deliver basic orders that are received by December 15 so they will arrive before Christmas. For customized orders, we stop taking orders on December 10th. This applies to items that need to be received in time for December 24th.
